Signing up is quick and easy. Simply be 18 years or older, click the Register button, and choose whether you'd like to ride as an individual or as part of a team.
Next, create your fundraising page by giving it a name, setting your fundraising goal, sharing why you're riding, and uploading a photo. Then you're ready to start fundraising and making a difference!
You sure can! A team is a great way to complete the Rideathon and to help fundraise. Create a team when you sign up, or afterwards from your fundraising dashboard.
If it's your first time fundraising, asking for donations can be daunting. But don't be scared, friends and family want to support you! Just explain what you're doing and why you're doing it, then ask. If you don't get any donations the first time, you can always ask again later.
Getting donations is exciting, but make sure you say thanks! You can thank your donors by logging into your fundraising dashboard, scrolling down to your donation feed, and clicking the little heart icon. Write a message, and we'll send it to your donor on your behalf.
Click the 'Login' link in the top menu to access your dashboard, where you can manage your fundraising page and track your progress.
Having trouble logging in? No worries! Simply head to the login page and click 'Forgot your password?' We'll send you an email with instructions to reset it. If you don't receive the email, check your junk or spam folder and allow a few minutes for it to arrive.
